Assuming CTP only covers the driver
CTP is widely thought of as "car insurance for the driver," when in fact it covers anyone injured in the accident — passengers, other drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists.
A passenger or bystander who assumes they have no claim may miss the notice period entirely before finding out otherwise.
At the free case assessment we confirm whether CTP reaches you at all, and identify the insurer the claim runs against.
